Through your collaborative efforts, groundbreaking advancements in artificial intelligence have been made, propelling our two nations toward a future of innovation and progress.
With its burgeoning pool of talent, vibrant startup ecosystem, and supportive regulatory framework, Vietnam is poised to unlock AI's immense potential. The country's remarkable journey in recent decades is a testament to its ability to seize opportunities, adapt, and thrive. I am thrilled to share that Vietnam has announced its ambition to become a global AI hub, and based on its track record, when Vietnam sets its sights on a goal, it rarely falls short.
